Klaipėda State Seaport is the property of the Republic of Lithuania and represents the biggest port in the country.

By the right of trust the territory land, water and port infrastructure is managed, disposed and used by the State Enterprise Klaipėda State Seaport Authority.

KSSA is the main transport hub and the gate of Lithuania to the world. The main objective of the Seaport Authority consists in constant development of the port, enhancement of its competitiveness and enlargement of volumes of cargo stevedoring.

The Klaipėda State Seaport Authority is representing body of the Lithuanian Short Sea Shipping Promotion Centre.
